Taal Inc. is an organization that aims to positively influence the areas of health and well-being through rhythm, music and the arts. We conduct drum circles for a wide range of groups, teach drums and percussion instruments (mainly the djembe), perform music with our band and conduct action-research into how the arts and music affect different populations.
Identify potential customers in the country. Develop and execute a business development plan to reach them. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate few revenues for Taal Inc. Close new business deals by understanding requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, executing & retaining the client for long term engagement. Presenting Taal Inc. & all our services to relevant potential clients through direct communication, face to face meetings, telephone calls & emails. Proactively meeting & customizing offers for potential clients. Solving new or unfamiliar problems. Responsible for achieving sales target & revenue aligned with Taal Inc’s yearly goal settings. Responsible for successfully managing the sales process., lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solutions pitch, negotiation, close, handover to the line managers. Possess drive, motivation & acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities for Taal Inc. are captured and explored.
You will work in close collaboration with the management team for complex large pitches & strategies.
Managing & maintaining a pipeline & ensuring all sales administration is upto date. Create and be accountable for all Client Proposals, Strategies, Contracts & any further documentation, following Taal Inc’s procedure. Responding to Enquiries & requests for information in a timely manner. You will affectively interact with other individuals in office when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all the aspects. Ensure Taal Inc. remains Proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
